It is a package that has been allocated to our clients of establishments whose ongoing business requires the allocation of an independent legal department and whose needs for legal services are very high. The package includes the following:

Assigning a legal advisor who works for the facility at its headquarters and adheres to the working hours in the facility and performs all legal tasks from reviewing and drafting contracts and providing legal advice to the client around the clock. The assigned legal advisor is responsible for the link between the client and the office
Representing the firm or the client before all courts, judicial bodies, judicial and quasi-judicial committees, and government agencies, without specifying an upper limit for the number of times of judicial representation during the year.
Reviewing all contracts and internal regulations, expressing a legal opinion in them, and reformulating them if necessary
Drafting legal letters addressed to the clients of the facility and studying response letters and responses without specifying an upper limit

It is a package that has been allocated to our clients from establishments whose need for legal services is estimated as medium, and it includes:

Representing the firm or the client before all courts, judicial authorities, judicial and quasi-judicial committees, and government agencies, with a maximum of 30 judicial representations in one year.
The attendance of a licensed attorney for ten meetings with the owner or representative of the facility with their clients or others to provide direct legal advice when concluding contracts
Claiming the rights of the facility for a full year, provided that it does not exceed 5 claims
Reviewing all contracts and internal regulations, expressing a legal opinion in them, and reformulating them if necessary
Drafting the company's articles of association
Reviewing and approving a work organization regulation dedicated to the facility by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, where our company is one of the companies approved by the Ministry of Human Resources to review and approve the custom work organization regulations
